It drops pretty fast in the beginning and then slows. Looks like you're having a decent rate of dropping. If you feel well and energetic and you're eating nutritionally and keeping hydrated, it should be fine. Your body knows what its doing. Good for you!!!

You are doing great. I have read that losing 1% to 2% of your body weight per week is safe. Nice work!

My downfall is baked treats - cookies, cakes, pastries, donuts. All I did was cut WAY back on those. I also cut way back on simple carbs - white bread, crackers, white pasta, white rice - and down (but not out) on whole grain carbs. (I"m not that big on sugary drinks, so that hasn't been an issue).
I also let myself get a little hungry in the late afternoon. Nothing extreme. When it starts to get distracting, I eat something.
I am moderately active. Gym a few times a week. Try to get up and move around during the day. That's it. The whole plan.

Oh... If I want a late night snack I cut up an apple and peel an orange.

It seems to be a sound, easy to sustain plan for you. Good job.
