newnormal's Journal, 14 March 2019

My body heard no ice cream and is getting stubborn LOL. All is well. Actually I think it's a combination of inflammation from last night's raking and normal body fluctuations. My hands aren't all that happy with me from the inside but it's mostly just being out of shape and not used to doing it. Between my son and I got 5 bags of leaves ready for pickup on Friday. He did the heavy lifting and I'm really grateful for that. By myself I'd maybe get 2 done and be the worse for wear. Sooooo many more bags to go. They will go but OY.

Tonight is grilled chicken and veggies :) No leftovers last night with the stirfry between me and my boy but it was worth it to get the leaves done and have some extra time with him.

Yeah we often tend to retain some water after exercise that will flush out. Drink plenty of water. When you log your food do not forget to log the small things like fats, flavours, spices. All things that you add. You can only get a complete picture when you do that.
