newnormal's Journal, 12 March 2019

Missed dinner last night, wasn't hungry but it's possible that plays into no drop. Or it's just time for my body to take a break, as it does, before letting more loose. Day 8 and I'm still overall down 5 lbs since last Monday so I'm happy with that and looking forward to the next drop. In the meantime, stay the course, make the foods, work the plan.

Tonight the plan is for my son to come over after work and help me with the front yard's oak leaves. I'm also going to pot the flowers I bought Sunday.

This time change messes with me so bad. Couldn't get out of bed today until almost 8. If past performance is any indication, I have about 2-3 weeks of "getting used to it" before my rhythm comes back alongside the new morning light levels. In the meantime, I be tired. :)

Have a good day!

When doing keto or Atkins it is good to skip a meal if you feel full. When we get in ketosis we want to use that to help us limit our eating and our eating frequency. Good job!!!
