munchies are my vice :( i really need to find something to do after dinner to keep myself from eating junk!
110.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

try sugar free Popsicles. 15 calories so you can work thru a lot til your mouth freezes. And the water is good too.
