I don't know why I get upset when I jump up a half a pound it is must my human nature I want to lose every day. Not to worry I will just keep going on and I can see my goal of 150 now.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm the same way. One bad day on the scale and I lose it. I start thinking that I will never be able to do it and then I get upset and start to lear off my diet... You have to stay focused. You can do it! Just keep telling youself that! You can do it! Just stay focused! :)
