OH HAPPY DAY! Finally. My body seems to have fought the weight loss all month, either that or I'm just gaining some crazy muscle. So happy to finally be in ONEderland! What a crazy feeling.
199.8 lb Lost so far: 60.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1223 kcal Fat: 31.10g | Prot: 97.04g | Carb: 152.31g.   Breakfast: Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla, Blueberries , Special K Protein Plus Cereal. Lunch: Singles Fat Free American Cheese Slices, Spinach, Deli Fresh Honey Smoked Shaved Turkey Breast, Spicy Brown Mustard, Thin Sandwich Rolls - Whole Grain White, 90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Fudge, Tortilla Chips (Low Fat, Baked). Dinner: Jenni-o turkey burgers, Lettuce, Ketchup, Onions, Carrots (Frozen). Snacks/Other: Light and Fit Greek Blueberry Yogurt, Country White Bread. more...

Yeah yeah yeah! I KNEW you would do it within the week. it IS a great feeling so celebrate it with flowers, a manicure, a new top! Or all of those things! WOOT!
