So in 3 weeks I've really had no loss from my last official weigh in but unofficially I have. I had balloned up to 167.4 one day. Luckily all that came right off. I'll be on the losing track for a few weeks now and then the same pattern repeats itself. Sometimes I wish I had a different body ugh!!!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We all have to remind ourselves that this is common. Our bodies will need to take an adjustment from time to time, especially after decent losses. If you know you are doing everything right, dont sweat it. You can always re-check your body measurements. Just because we aren't losing pounds doesn't mean we aren't losing inches. I'm there with you though, keep fluctuating between 178-180 for the past week or so. Can't wait to get moving again.

I know just how you feel! I just came off abt 2 1/2 wks of no loss. Keli's right,we do need an adjustment period from time to time!We'll all make it..just gonna take some time!
