This is why I rarely eat veggies on Atkins. I'm already over my 20 carbs for the day and I've only eaten a grilled chicken salad. Oh well, my exercise went really well for the day. My weigh in is coming up soon so hopefully I'll see a loss.

Are you buying premade salad? That seems like a lot of carbs for lettuce. Check the bag and make sure the info on here is correct. Although after checking my Netzer carb counter, it does show that the pre-packaged, pre-shredded lettuce has a lot more carbs than a head of lettuce you buy and shred yourself. One has to wonder if it is the preservatives they use.

And the spritzers has only 1 gram of carbs in 10 spritzes. Did you have 60 spritzes?
