Try to have at least 5-6 moments of eating so about every 2,5-3hours, by doing that your bloodsugar will keep steady and you will not get in the trap of an hungry attack! I would recommend to add some whey-protein shakes in between your meals, so lets say at 11.00hours and 15.00hours (20gr. of whey each). This will also held your muscle, which you will want to keep as it burns much more fat then fat, on the other hand proteins are helping you to not get hungry.
