Where you going in Oregon? I live about an hour and a half north of Portland (in WA), but while you're in OR, I'll be in AR lol...lets see...7 lbs in 18 days - yeah, I think you can do it! I've got 10 days before I leave for AR, hoping to hit the 30 lb mark (4 lbs)...still be over 200, but a lot closer to it than I was when I started Atkins! I was at 245, so I'm happy! good luck!! have fun in SD

Thanks for the encouragement! I am going first to Eugene, then to Newport, back to Eugene, then to Willamette Valley, then Columbia River Gorge, then downtown Portland, and then home! I can't wait, a whole week with my sweet daughters. Checking the youngest into the dorm at UO. I don't think I'm going to hit 190 since I'm at 196 with 6 days to go. I hit a very stubborn plateau, and then began eating too much. I didn't gain, but didn't lose the entire month of August. Frustrating! Anyway, I'm feeling great and want to encourage you to stick with it as well. You are worth it!
