Fat: 36.27g | Prot: 64.09g | Carb: 54.80g.   Breakfast:  Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, French Vanilla Protein Powder, Original Powder Creamer, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries. Lunch:  cottage cheese. Dinner:  Cauliflower, pork chop, tahina. Snacks/Other:  Cabernet Sauvignon Wine.
