Ok, now we're talking...my body likes less food, what a concept.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 49.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1041 kcal Fat: 33.62g | Prot: 76.93g | Carb: 83.33g.   Breakfast: French Vanilla Protein Powder, Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Original Powder Creamer, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries. Lunch: light honey dijon dressing, kirkland salmon. Dinner: wine, black beans, cous, ahi tuna. Snacks/Other: cheesecake. more...

you really are doing good! just remember tho, sometimes with less food, your body might want to hang on to unwanted stuff - pounds - so just don't do "less" to the extreme...but I know you're gonna hit your goal and then some!! great work!

I'm taking HCG, which requires very low calories, but I have to let up once in a while. I've been on it since March, lost 50 lbs, and feel great. I guess such low calories are not for everyone, but it sure works for me.
