I just came off the injured list. I have exercises I have to do to help my foot. I did start working out some today...gotta take it slow but I feel good and I'm starting over with the Extreme Fat Smash diet so we will see how it goes.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
