Well, I gained 2 pounds but my cycle started Saturday morning so I think that is the problem. I did lose 1.25" overall so I'm happy with that. The only down side is I hurt my foot/ankle so now I cannot exercise and I have an appt with a sports medicine dr at the end of the month. Hopefully there is a cancellation so I can get in sooner.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
