I'm so frustrated! I'm starting week 6 of Keto and I've lost 2 lbs I'm doing something wrong but I don't know what it is.
I eat almost the exact same thing every day.
I'm not going to quit because I love not being tired and I feel more mentally stable than I have in years.
Someone mentioned I may need more fat in my diet. I'll try that
I'm NOT giving up!!
157.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe fast 16 hrs and eat 8hrs. Or eat more carbs like fruit for a little while and then due a strict carb like less than 20g a day. Or increase exercise by time or intensity. Something different. Your body is probably adapted to ur ritual. Just food for thought! No pun intended!!! Haha

The same here i been in keto for 33 day and I lost so far 7 pound but Iam stock for two weeks with the same numbers I haven’t lost no weight grrr and Iam not cheating Iam doing exercise everyday ,Iam struggling grrr but Iam not given up ether any sugestión keto people!

the first thing you need to do when going on the diet is to read a lot to understand the diet. Second thing is to do a macro keto calculator and be brutally honest with yourself with the numbers you put in. I know there is no way the calculator would give you that low of proteins that I see you log. You seem very low on calories too. the fat looks fine and so does the carbs with a quick look. this is a link to a conservative calculator. it will ask your details which is private. it will give you a suggested level of proteins (you can pick low or mid range to test drive) everyone is different for what works best for them, you pick your carbs and what is left is what you should be eating in fats. It is best not to drop your calorie level too much, 10% loss should be enough to get you started correctly. And yes I also feel so much better on the diet. I did the diet wrong for a year and even then with everything wrong I felt better, no staying weight loss. One of the benefits of the diet is also the possibility that you don't have to severely drop your calories to get the benefit of weight loss. Take your time and test drive the new calories you pick and the macro's that you set. good luck

I tried Keto too and only lost about 2 pounds. All that fat made my gallbladder hurt so I stopped it.

eating healthy fat is the key. too many people don't look into meal planning. tuna, salmon avocados are samples of quality fats. I do like steaks and I have always loved gravies and sauces. so it fits my life style. fat bombs are a desert to me and I love to be able to indulge in a nice desert when I have enough room in my calorie allotment.

According to Ketocalculator, add the .com, (which I have been using) I need at least 30 grams of fat with a no more than 141 grams of fat. 30 grams is easy to do even using healthy fats. I do like ranges for the flexibility on each macro. Regardless, every person needs to do a WOE that fits their life. Diligence, patience, logging, and will power can help you meet your goals. Your not logging your food so there is no way anyone can tell what you are doing wrong. You must log everything to see if there is any hidden carbs. I know you said you eat the same thing daily, but log it! Don't give up. 20g carbs or less to get moving. Good luck.

Thank you everyone who has responded with tips and suggestions. I realize I haven't been logging my food. I decided to really keep track now so I can figure out what I'm doing wrong. I will be diligent. Also I hadn't used a calculator to give me a macro goal. Now I have thanks to you all. And I watched Keto Connect's 4 video Guide for Beginners. I have discovered that all the "research" I did prior starting was a piece meal of vague information. I've learned more today than I did weeks ago after days Thank you all again. I appreciate the feedback! !

Try a day with a bit bigger main meal, to avoid the snack. This should be enough to see some nice movements on the scale.

Keto butter coffee in the morning with coconut oil as well.
