I was not excited to get on the scale this morning due to not doing very good the past week, but to my surprise I have lost almost 5 lbs. I didn't get in the gym at all last week, so the only exercise I got was playing sports, guess it worked! Things have been so busy lately at work...all I want to do is go home and sleep! I am pleased with my results and I am going to keep plugging along! Eating is going very well for me and I think that is what is helping me in the long run! Just going to concentrate on that right now and when I can get back to the gym I will get there...I am playing volleyball and softball again and that makes me very happy, great exercise and that is what counts. Keep up the great work and best of luck to everyone!
152.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Girl...all those sports you're playing...you're probably getting more of a workout doing that than going to the gym. Don't ever think you're missing a workout just b/c you didn't go to the gym. It's just a place...you're doing wonderful...keep it up!!
