another one bites the dust! Woohoo lowest weight in at least the 7 years I've been on here. #ketolife

Gongrats on great progress. With Keto, I doubt there is any chance of a weight comeback too. It will stay off. To me it is like getting a proper food education.

Thanks diddlee! It's a foodication! Lol funny thing is I tell people what I'm doing and I get "oh I couldn't do that" no you don't want to do that lol. Even my doc who is pretty supportive says lower the red meat and eat more fish and chicken... I love fish but it's pricey for the good stuff 
How long have you been in keto? And, how long does your keto flu lasted?

A doctor who fear red meat, do not spend much time on research. Fish, and white meat is more for those who eat a lot of carbs. Red meat is great on low carb.

Diddlee yea shes worried about some of my chlorestrol numbers, I may print out the project where it says you need to average the numbers to get a better understanding

Sapphire Gemini. A doctor who is concerned with cholesterol is 'dump material'. Strong sign that you need a new doctor. I believe if you search for low carb doctors, you will hopefully find one in your area.
