Good morning friends!! I had a really good weekend. We went to Lake Charles for my brother-in-law's 30th birthday. It was so nice just to get away. I'm back with a vengeance!! I worked out really hard yesterday and plan on working out at least 3 hours tonight. I get off early all this week due to Good Friday, so I'll be kicking butt all week. I hope everyone has a wonderful Monday!!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Whoa three hours is right?! Goodness girlfriend! Just an FYI... Anything over an hour of cardio isn't going to do anything. That's when you body stops burning. Save yourself the trouble and do a reasonable hour and then just do some crunches, push ups, squats... And treat yourself right! Don't work too hard. Remember if you want to make this a life style thing, have to have realistic goals.. you probably won't be working out three hours every day the rest of your life:-p You're doing great on the loss! Keep up the good work!

3 hours?!!??? I'd be in a coma afterwards, HA HA HA.... I am still trying to work my way back up to my old time of 90 minutes. So far, I'm hovering around that 45 min. mark! Glad you had a nice time out!

Thanks for the advice, but I've been working out like this for years now. I only did about 2 hours last night. I sweat my tail off...it was great.
