performance: losing 11.0 lb a week
I am 24 years old and have been married to the man of my dreams for four years! We've owned a home in a cute little Mississippi River town in MN for about three years. I milk and breed cows and love it w/ a passion:-) My husband has a job he loves, I love it cause I get to just do what I like and not have to worry about being a main provider:-) Kids are a long ways off!
I have alway been active. Living in the counrty, milking cows, horse back riding.. just running around. I gain weight when big things happen it seems: getting married, moving, job changes... Little bit every time - Grrr. Now I want to take it seriously and do something about getting rid of it:-) I know I'm not getting younger and want to do this for my health as much as anything... I don't move like I use to when I was 16, and I want to!
One silly goal is to get under 200 lbs and get my belly button pearced - the hubby thinks that would be just great:-D It's incentive to get past that point anyway.. one step at a time!
I am curentally reading: You--the owner's manual and insider's guide to the body that will make you healthier and younger
I don't like "diet" I like knowing what's going on w/ my body, knowing how it's effecting my body when I do this or that (good or bad). I am so far really, really enjoying the book!
