Wow 61 pounds! I'm over half way there! I know that the second half of this journey may take twice as long as the first half but I am prepared to see this through. I'm also committed to keeping am active lifestyle, going to the gym 4-5 days per week and continuing to eat healthy. I'm very proud of all of my efforts and I'm honestly amazed with the results, not just the weight but how my fitness level has drastically increased. When I started working out at the gym I had difficulty maintaining a quick walking pace on the treadmill. Now I can run, and run for quite a bit longer then I have ever done before. I'm completing hour long spinning classes. I'm so much stronger than I can ever remember being. I can only imagine what I will be capable of accomplishing once the rest of this weight is gone. :-)
