I am so happy to be under 170!!! My diet is mostly good and faithful and it is slowly coming off. I have done some bad food choices, but mostly it is good, and even when I eat the wrong thing, I record it and the calorie count comes out pretty good.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
