I fly away to vacation with another little loss! They are adding up; .6 lbs from my original goal. 10.6 lbs to my goal; I hope to reach it by my next trip the first week in September. I'll have to behave myself up in beautiful British Columbia, even if it is my birthday trip. :o)
150.6 lb Lost so far: 51.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
