Good morning Iam not use to posting everyday but I do try.Long day ahead.I lost 2lbs but its a start.Iam trying to go easy does it so I wont burn out.Everyone have a awesome day.The nexy day is not promised to no one.Heads up lets march.

We donโ€™t gain or lose in any large quantities in short periods of time. Eating healthy is a lifelong challenge in the world we live in. Be faithful to your self and make this happen! The end of each day is a struggle for me when a cool beer full of carbs would taste so good! ๐Ÿ˜Ž we all struggle and eat more than we should from time to time. When that happens, face the facts , And get back to the program. I just keep my protein up and Restrict carbs to 150 g per day or so. Good luck!

You are not obliged to log every day. Simply keep your goals in mind and adapt to a healthy lifestyle. You can do it. Good luck!

I like to make sure that even on my worst day, I'm doing what I plan to do to maintain the weight I will have lost. 2 lbs is a good start. Best of luck!

Great start Regina. It's a journey with no finish line. Be kind to yourself and keep up the good work. Drinks lots of water. I've started drinking lemon water in the morning before I eat and it helps.
