Good morning ladies and gentlemen.My goal is to go under 200.Iam a big boned lady Ive been big all my life as a kid.Iam only gonna be so small.Iam gonna try to lose 50 at a time.My goal altogether is to lose 120.When I get off I will be walking again just a brisk walk today when I get off. Everyone have awesome day.
297.0 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am right there with you, I need storey to, I am not big boned but want to set my first goal to go below the 200 mark. Maybe we can encourage one another
