my weight seems to fluctuate a few pounds one way or the other.. i have figured out not to get too upset or excited about either until it sticks for a few days..
184.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i tried not weighing but once a week.. but i found myself expecting huge differences and being let down.. why cant weight be as easy to take off as it is to put on.. lol

I only weigh once a week otherwise it makes me crazy 😝

I was weighing once a week then became obsessed with it weighing daily but have stopped that because it fluctuates so much and I was getting upset about it.
