CICO does it matter??
my question is, does it matter where i get my calories from during the day? I understand i am going to be able to eat more of somethings than others if they are lower calorie, but are all calories the same? the ones from junk food verses the ones from fresh fruit and veggies? thanks for anyone who helps

A bit frustrated
I had no idea breastfeeding was so good for the mother.. i knew it was great for the baby.. now im sad that i have to wean my baby.. lol.. and this is my last baby, 3 kids is plenty for us. The aches and pains you described i keep constantly.. the neck and back pain.. and migraines.. i would have never thought it was breastfeeding making me exhausted, i always chalked it up to lack of sleep. I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old and neither of them like to sleep thru the night, usually the 1 year old wakes up the 3 year old bout the time i get one back to bed, the other is awake.. but that will get better with time.. (i hope).. lol

i have been logging in everything i eat.. measuring, weighing, counting.. i think i just want to see results faster.. if i see results then i have motivation to keep going and to have a better attitude bout eating healthy. I have 3 kids ages 11, 3 and 1.. in my mind chasing after kids and playing and staying moving all day would help something, but so far it hasnt.

A bit frustrated
I am feeling a lil frustrated.. i have done the 1500 cal diet before with great success.. so i thought i would try it again. I have put on 30+ with my last pregnancy.. and like some women who drop their pregnancy weight 3 weeks after pregnancy i seem to hold on to mine for dear life.. lol.. I am still breastfeeding my son, but am starting to wean him, tho he wants no part of it. i done good on the 1500 diet for a few days .. then i started gaining.. my husband says my body is in starvation mode.. if thats the case how do i get it out of that mode? I was looking at the RDI on here.. if i stick to that pretty close will i lose weight, or just not gain no more? Thanks for any help or advice that may be given.
