Greetings my Funny Followers!

Finally saw a little consistent movement down on the Idiot Box.

Today will be a challenge but I am PLANNING AHEAD for it.

My friend is having a second marriage in May and today there is a bridal shower - the menu? Margaritas, taco bar, dessert, etc.

So, I am bringing a bowl with lettuce and avocado. I will add a little taco meat, a dollop of sour cream and hot sauce and be done with it. I logged room for a small glass of wine but may not even drink it. Dessert? I am hoping they have some fresh fruit...
185.6 lb Lost so far: 57.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Your self-control is impressive. I can hardly resist a glass of wine or any kinds of alcoholic drinks.

HA HA @ Glen - I am driving my Miata with the top down today so I do not drink much when driving! It also depends on the quality of the wine they may offer...I am fussy if I am going to spend calories!

I agree with HCB! 💁🏻‍♀️ If I’m gonna drink, it better be darn good yo be worth going off WOE and feeling like crap for days. 🤷🏻‍♀️Starting life as a hypoglycemic, I realized that drinking had a pretty heavy toll on my system. 🙋🏻

Near where I work there's a pub that I frequented. I spent a lot of good time there with my good friends. But on seeing you guys making wise decisions. I decided not to give in to temptation.

Don’t get me wrong. I’ll still frequent the pubs and socialize. Just not down the alcohol or nasty bar snacks! Maybe eat wings or a salad and have a diet pop or seltzer water ir ice tea. 🤷🏻‍♀️
