What is the recipe and carbs, calories in this? Looks yummy!

317 calories; i chose to 'fry' it in 5 grams of coconut oil but you could skip the oil if you wish and it would be 275 calories. pretty low calories, low carb, hi protein and high YUMMY taste! i also added one drop of coconut flavor stevia to sweeten just a tad the unsweetened traditional (not low fat) greek yogurt) i use greek gods. to die for!! quite filling. i just went for an hour jog/ fast walk on my "lunch" hour and i'm not even hungry yet. i love this recipe!!!! i put 5 grams of toasted almonds on top for eye apppeal and extra yumminess but those could be left out also. but i would not. i think that's why it lasted me so long. a little bit of healthy fat goes a long way to satiation.....

i saves this as a recipe and anyone can see it. i think i called it ricotta cheese pancakes.

its one of my favorite save "meals" so you just have to search for ricotta cheese pancakes under saved meals? that's how i find it......if you can't see it i'll post it

can’t seem to see it when I look under recipes I guess I have to add it to a cookbook which I’m not really sure how to do I’m suffering from RSI issues right now so I’ll try to dictated into my phone for a large pan cake it’s two eggs two whole eggs 1/4 cup Ricota cheese a dash of salt; 15 g of your favorite vanilla type protein powder I use cookies and cream gold standard casein mix it up ; then if you wish fry in an optional 5 g of coconut oil. the topping is 30 g of full fat traditional Greek gods yogurt Unflavored with exactly one drop of coconut flavored Stevia that’s optional also but it gives it just a tiny bit of sweetness
