played "hookie" from work and left early to do a 3.5 mile hike in the park. weather was perfect. so glad i did this. spring flowers in bloom sunny gorgeous no pics i just enjoyed the moment. not a killer workout i was surprisingly tired probably because i did 3 miles yesterday. i really felt it. it was delightful!! i was so hungry my hard boiled egg sandwich was amazing. it tasted so great! looking forward to tonite's planned snack. but now....to practice! preparing for piano exam next weekend!
