Woke at 211.8, up 2.2 from yesterday. Targeting 1500-1600 calories today, all at dinner. Still under overall calorie goal for the month (1500 per day average). UPDATE: Fasted until 6 pm. Weighed before dinner and up to 213.2. Midweek gains still happening but at a lower set point than before. Guess I can live with that. Ate a few chicken breasts and some other LCHF goodies we had stocked up. Went a bit over average calorie goal but I have plenty saved up so I'm still under my daily average for the month. Happy with today's macros.
