What seasonings did you use? It looks wonderful!

Good morning everyone! I used some Himalayan sea salt, some fresh ground black pepper, and some Italian garlic seasoning. I sautéed it in extra-virgin olive oil and then put a little extra on top. And then I topped it off with some grated Parmesan cheese.

I like the Maldonado salt flakes on a good pork chop or steak. So good that way.

Yes, it was terrific, Kenna! Not quite pasta, but it captured many of the flavors so it was good enough!
