Finally...progress!!! I've been exercising for almost a month, 5x a week & the scale has moved at last! I'm down almost 4 lbs. Yippee!!! This is EXACTLY the boost I've needed to continue my new healthy journey:)
194.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
