Just like lots of other folks, the weight has been creeping and creeping up and up and up. I lost #60 on this program 6-7 years ago, and now have put back on #40 of it. :( I'm motivated to lose #40 before Sept 9th when my oldest son comes home for a visit!

I had one and wore it for about a month. It was a good motivator to walk more --I loved when it would vibrate and all the lights would flash! However, it was very irritating on my wrist. I am a nurse and am constantly washing my hands, I think it was always damp. So I don't wear it anymore.

Thanks! I found a recipe for that and it looks delish! I looked at the menu and they don't offer anything like that Sad Is coconut milk allowed? Lots of the dishes have that.

I have a dinner engagement that can't be changed and I have to go. What can I eat in a Thai restaurant and stay on plan? I do NOT want to go off, not even for one meal.

just for today I will not.......
I will not skip meals! It's a challenge for me to eat in the morning, but I've done it so far every day.
