well i got on scale this morning i didnt lose but didnt gain any.
I was told not to weight everyday wondering what the best time to weigh is and how often?
237.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

weigh first thing in the morning after you use the restroom. I personally weigh everyday, but I can handle it. I need to see that the cookies I had for lunch were what caused my .2 gain. I also noted taht sometimes I would work hard all week then slack on teh weekends. If I only weigh in on Mondays it may show that I didn't lose any since I gained it back over the weekend! This can get very frustrating. Keep in mind if you do weigh everyday, you should only be seeing .2 lb losses or .4 even, this is normal and healthy. I used to see .4's consistently. When I stalled it was usually days when I didn't work out. I learned that we are all individuals and our bodies are ALIVE so we have to learn what works for us individually. Hope this helps.

Thank you thats what ive been doing it help me know if i should or shouldnt eat it. plus it keeps me reaching fo a goal.
