This is my dog, Achilles 🐕 (IG - @Achillesthegreatest). Yesterday, Achilles got ran over by a SUV, and made it out alive; no broken bones or fractures, just a little bit of a collapsed lung. However, the next 48 hours are critical and I have to monitor his breathing closely . We are both still very traumatized/ stressed about the event ... and neither of us has ate since yesterday.
I only ate about 5 shrimps right in front of him today, to convince him into eating the rest (shrimp are his fave). 🦐 At last, he finally ate at least one for me. Vet says to give him some time, and that it's normal he doesn't want to eat right now. On the bright side, we both drank some water throughout the day 💦. Either way, I feel my pup- I have no appetite at all either.
