I seriously could not get satisfied last night. I was not hungry, but I was craving. At least it was not sugar I wanted.
When my husband called and asked if I needed anything, I explained I thought I would like some bbq flavored pork skins.
That finally hit the spot.
I think I wanted salt, because everything I reached for last night was salty. But I could have just wanted a crunchy texture.

My unholy snack monster is satisfied with the bbq pork rinds slathered with butter. (I know its kinda gross but it works)

Pork rinds with guacamole are awesome! Add shredded cheese if you want to get crazy.

get a bag of pistachio nuts.. they r great for those late night crunch cravings.. great protein too

It seems that if I save healthy fats for the last meal or snack, the satiation is greater and cravings disappear. The avocado, or similar later in the eating cycle may help.
