I'm not letting myself lose my motivation this time.

THIS TIME I will love myself enough to let myself succeed.

This time I started out at almost 240 pounds.
As a 5'5" woman, that is clearly not healthy. I had always been larger, and was at peak confidence at 18-19 When I was at my lowest weight, 158 pounds.
I gained almost 70 pounds with my pregnancy for my daughter, and have had an awful time with depression and overcoming multiple obstacles since then.
But here I am, getting stronger every day.

I'm following a ketogenic approach and having faith and hope that I can and will achieve my goals. I have struggled with not eating "enough" and worry I put myself into starvation mode, which makes losing difficult. Or so says my doctor 🤷‍♀️

I'm 23 years old and I have so much life left to live. I may as well be healthy!!

I haven't set a measurement goal yet, but I know my beginning numbers and will be measuring every two weeks.
Trying to keep off the scale, but it's so hard!
