View from my evening walk around the hill. Didnt realize how hard this would be!! Haha

Looks lovely. I should of taken a photo where I walked this morning it was very peaceful. Maybe tomorrow I will.

Thank you everyone!! When I went, my sister in law decided she wanted to go as well, so I ended taking half the block again, the second time, pulling a 52lb kid in a wagon! My fitness watch says I walked 2.63 miles total yesterday. I will have to use my app on my phone next time to see how far the block is. Its a huge uphill walk back to my house no matter which way I walk. I was exhausted!! haha

Walking in the late afternoon is great for keeping your metabolism up and burning more calories. Good practice

It is super hard at first but when you get used to it you will feel guilty for having to miss a walk. I can’t walk in the evening but I do walk in the mornings. When I was doing this before I was walking 5 miles in the morning and 5 miles in the evening but I just can’t do 5 miles right now. I am finally up to 3 and I’ve done that for the last two days but not without having to stop and rest my legs a couple times. I’m going to try to add a mile a week.
