100% agree...sustainability and health should be a higher priority than how fast the pounds drop, although it is aweful nice when both fat and pounds go away quickly. My personal long term goals are to sustain a healthy weight and lifestyle while optimizing fitness, endurance and strength (power to weight ratio)...as best I can of course.

Mine has taken since May of 2015..32 lbs lost so far....main secret is to be consistent, eat early... never late and go to bed early!!!!

It’s took me over 3 yrs to slowly lose over 75 pounds....best believe it was worth n now I don’t feel it took me long.
