Slowly getting a little definition back in my shoulders. Would be better all over if i could make time for weights more than a couple of days a week. Cardio isn't as much of an issue, but taking time for weights seems to be more difficult for some reason.

Looking good! In fact, as little as 15 minutes a week weightlifting can work wonders, according to Body by Science (Doug McGuff, MD). You're doing great!!

That's excellent! I'm like you, I don't have a problem with cardio or in my case slightly elevated heart rate. When it comes to weights I have to force myself. Thank you for your comment HardDaysKnight it made me realise something very important about myself.

Thanks guys! I love doing weights. That's the problem. I get started and want to do more, which I don't have time for, lol. I guess I need to be a little more disciplined about my time and just dedicate 15 min a day to it, then move on.

@LSG417 --- well, actually, McGuff teaches 15 minutes per week. I've got a few journal entries pointing to videos. If interested, check it out. For me, understanding and taking up weightlifting, which I had never done until later in life, was life-changing. It's a huge piece of the puzzle called health. Anyway, take care!!

I'm opposite, like weights and hate cardio. What ever you are doing is working.
