LSG417's Journal, 27 March 2018

So this is the second week I'm trying IF to help with weight loss. I fast breakfast on 3 of the days I'm not working. The 4th day is Sunday, so I eat breakfast so my belly isn't growling during church, lol. Today I actually did a workout without having eaten first, which I've never attempted before. I was always afraid I wouldn't have enough energy. Surprised myself today. I did just as well as I have on days I've eaten. I still haven't eaten a full meal, just 1/2 cup of chia pudding. I got started going thru some boxes of stuff in our storage building when I went down to help push my husband back (on his motorcycle) on the gravel. Most of it is his stuff, so I don't dare get rid of it (even tho he's got stuff from flipping 1994 in there!! 🙄). I married another pack rat, lol. I did find a few useful things tho. Cleaned out 3 boxes. Can't tell it's been touched in there, but I know, tee hee.I need a good 2 weeks in this house and storage building to purge, purge, purge! Happy Tuesday everyone!

If anything he had was worth donating, I would, lol. Most of what is in the storage building is junk he had saved and his first wife so nicely passed it on to me, lol. Had I been in her shoes, I would've chucked it, lol. I do donate his clothes that I have to sneak out of the closet. He's a tech dude, so he also has tons of electrical type equipment, computer stuff, etc. That's why I don't dare throw that stuff away. He would likely notice that, lol! I've gone thru my own stuff on a regular basis over the years. Still have lots I could get rid of. I do it a little at a time. xoxo
