I took the day off from the gym today. I feel like I really needed the rest. I'm doing a little better on my calories but I am not quite back down to 1300 yet. Day 16 of not smoking. I am hoping by Day 30 it will get easier. So far I've done pretty well - I've resisted the urge to smoke at work and while driving and those were 2 big ones. I haven't noticed a big improvement in my breathing yet, but who knows. I am still committed and I really want to do this. I don't want to be addicted to ANYTHING. I downloaded a cool recipe for BBQ chicken using diet cola, I am going to try it. I hope it's delicious.
