Sadly no meat at all. I was at work and we only have so much bacon for our residents...I don't take from then so just eggs cheese and tomato :) but it got me through the day :)

An egg white omelet is very high in protein while being low in fat and calories. For me, I would skip the cheese, add mushrooms and spinach into the omelet and eat it on a Thomas Light English muffin. High fiber foods help fill you up, hence the english muffin.

Sadly at work I'm limited on choices :) but I did leave out sausage, bacon and the other 2 kinds of cheese I usually like. ..oh and the grilled bread so deffinately a step in the right directing. Soon I should have the extra baskets for my bicycle so I can put a cooler bag on and take some healthier options :)
