I went to a weight-loss doctor on March 14 and he told me to eat 1200 cal per day and 40 g of carbs per day. He said to eat a 500 or less calorie breakfast but to eat breakfast no matter what. Then I could split the other 700 cal between lunch and dinner and snacks. On that day I weighed 233.4 pounds! I walk a minimum of 3 miles per day sometimes 5 miles and it’s only been two days and this morning I weighed 226.6
