Today is Thursday and still in Nashville, we're getting ready to leave in just a bit for my sister's voice lesson. I put some geocaches in my GPS last night, so I think I'll go get some while she's at her lesson. Then I suppose we'll grab something to eat and be on the road home to SC. What a crazy week.

So there will be just a bit of exercise with walking to caches and then of course we can't forget the 1,200 I'll burn driving. Lol. I also need to figure out why I have this headache. I'm getting them more and more frequently so I'm going to start keeping up with when I have them and what environment I'm in to sort out why I get them. There's some flowery perfume smell in this hotel, so I think this one may be from that since I've had it since last night. BT are you giving me your headaches? :)

Anyway, so think of me on the long 10 hour drive home!

Sorry to hear about the headaches. It could possibly be the flowery perfume. A few of my friends get headaches from that and also from scented candles. Have a safe trip home!!

I've had migraines since I was five, and I can appreciate how head pain just pops up from no where. I think the flowery smell might be the culprit. It could be the different elevation, too. I often find that it's the small, silly things which cause my migraine. Too many orange juice, not enough water, too much peanuts, etc. If you can get to a health food store, get a Migrastick. They help a lot if you don't want to take an aspirin, etc. Have a fun and safe trip home!

You are such a busy gal! I would think that all of the travelling and new environments, sleeping in beds washed with unfamiliar products, etc. could be the cause of your headaches. Hopefully they will clear up if you ever manage to stay home long enough! Have a safe trip.

GRRRREAT!!! just what you need! a headache to follow you around on your nice little break! you know, driving all that amount of time could be causing your headaches. I pulled this out of Bad Andee's Proven fact book! Eye strain, intense concentration, stress... Hell, just messing with the GPS will cause a headache!! LOL
