Woke at 217.6, up 2.4 from yesterday. UPDATE: Did a good day of work, got some exercise, and came home at 216. Ate close to calorie target but doubled my net carb macro.

I'd eat that...would have gone great with the chicken taco salad we had last night (sans chips)!! Especially the red wine part :-)
