My edema is much better already. I've cut back on some of the salty foods as well (without going crazy). I've also been drinking a little more water.

1345 kcal Fat: 57.07g | Prot: 81.51g | Carb: 134.57g.   Breakfast: Oatmeal, Applesauce Unsweetened, Walnuts, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Milk (Nonfat), Cinnamon. Lunch: Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Rice Vinegar, Olive Oil, Dijon Mustard, Stevia. Dinner: Hard Rolls (Includes Kaiser), Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Portabella Mushrooms (Grilled), Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Tomatoes, Olive Oil. Snacks/Other: Beef Top Round (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Barbecue Sauce, Baby Carrots. more...
