Get pork rinds, they are no carbs and will satisfy the need for the chip crunch. I eat the salt and vinegar or the plain. If you sprinkle the plain with some cinnamon and stevia its like a churro from Taco Bell. Heat them up a little, mix a little melted butter cinnamon and stevia and toss in a bag or bowl, itll help. Stay the course, lovely, you've got this!!

Oh wow. I’ve never heard of that. And honestly have never even had a pork rind. Sounds appealing at the moment cause I’m so having the munchies. Thank you! You’re awesome!

Glutamine is a good supplement that helps with sugar cravings.

Maxie, tell your daughter that she can take unsweetened cocoa powder and sprinkle that on pork rinds as well. They are the most delicious vehicle for so many things!! lol

Kiss My Keto Chocolate Protein Powder. It is great. It's only has 1 (net) carb per scoop. It will satisfy your craving (for chocolate). Be careful with the jerky, some have more sugar than others.

Hi, I'm new here. I was reading about different munches. Has anyone every tried putting sliced cheese on a baking sheet. Baking it until crisp. It tastes just like bacon. Or crumbled in a salad for bacon bits. I found this salty little trick because I don't eat pork but sometimes I miss bacon. I also dribble a tiny bit of honey on them and much on the salty and sweet. Does anyone know how to change my profile picture on here ? peace & Love

One of the main reasons you crave chocolate when mother nature is calling is because your body is being leached of magnesium and chocolate is an excellent source. Not to rain on anybody’s parade or anything! LOL I’m a chocoholic too! But taking a magnesium citrate or chelated magnesium supplement (or eating foods rich in magnesium) will help tone down the cravings. 💁🏻‍♀️All of these supplements are only partially absorbed and have a laxative effect so be aware of that. And magnesium ocide is only 2% absorbed so don’t waste your money. The best to by is liquid Ionic magnesium from Amazon. Tastes like crap. But 1 capful a day is 200 mg or so and is totally absorbed with no laxative effect and will help with the magnesium levels which most Americans are short on. 🙋🏻I STILL crave chocolate every time my daughter comes around me when her monthly is about to start! LOL Years of conditioning! But at least now I’m satisfied at a bite or two, not an entire cupboard full!🤷🏻‍♀️

I love chocolate too. I manage to get by with a square of dark chocolate (let it melt in my mouth) to satisfy my chocolate needs. Dark chocolate has health benefits, but it needs to be at least 70% dark chocolate and preferably organic. I like the brand Equal Exchange Chocolates, with the dark chocolate Panama extra dark variety being 80% cacao. One square has 20 calories, 1.25g carbs and 0.667g sugar. It does the trick for me. :)

Be sure to drink lots of fluids - Another trick , when you are eating, talk to somebody as you are eating, or do so many chews before you take another bite - A couple things that help me out - Some chocolate is ok though, I ain't saying that either cause we all got to have some
