i dont think im getting enough fiber in my diet. its not that i cant poo its just not much is showing after i enter my food each day i think a supplment is in order
do they make a lo carb one i wonder

Not sure about that, but if you aren't having a problem "going" I don't think there is any reason why you'd need to up it. Have you tried MIMs? They are a good source if you need.

You should be getting 25g of fibre in your diet. I use golden flax meal, I put a tbsp on my salad at lunch and on my veggies at dinner..I usually have a mim for breakfast..it doesnt taste so you dont even know its there. If I forget it I just have it in a glass of water....its better if you remember....lol.

ive been wanting to try the mim's but i havent been able to find the golden flaxmealin my markets !and the health foods stores are very limited out here ill have to make a special effort they sound so good but even if i am going i think the added fiber will be a plus

I got mine at Wal-Mart on the top shelf of the flour/sugar/baking isle.

Regular brown flaxmeal is fine as well. One option is to order it from Bob's Redmill. I'm eating so much of it now that I'm ordering it by the case and they deliver. Just make sure that you either get the ground/milled product or grind it up in a spice or coffee grinder. Our bodies can't process the whole seed.

I get my fiber from Atkins bars. If they make you go that is my point! Luckily it hasn't made me stall. What is the mim's everyone is talking about?
