so i am really thinking about moving on to owl
the wieght loss is slowing anyhow and im getting a little bored with the food i need a change
besides if i can keep losing its all good right ?
only thing is im haveing a real bad time getting my vegis in
need some ideas
well im gonna think on this a bit before i go shopping today
and brouse some recipes i guess
